With a business membership of over 3,500, the BBB of Santa Clara, San Benito, Santa Cruz, and Monterey Counties serves our local communities through very experienced and skillful staff members who are dedicated to their work and believe in the BBB mission. Services to the public include issuing reliability reports on businesses, working to resolve customer complaints against businesses, Lemon Law arbitration through the Bureau's AutoLine program, arbitration of business-customer disputes through the Bureau's Business Arbitration program, and review of advertising as measured against Bureau standards for truth in advertising.
